Hello! I'm Qianna Hauptman-Beaudoin. A Wife, Mother, Realtor, Notary Public & forever learner.  I've been a resident of Shreveport/Bossier for the last 25 years and am a graduate of Parkway High School.  

 As a serial entrepreneur, I'm a firm believer that you need multiple streams of income to achieve true financial independence.  Hard work & dedication are true to my nature and I believe that complacency is the downfall of all.   After working as a paralegal for 12 years, in 2018 I decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Realtor.  I was subsequently licensed by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission in May 2019 & real estate quickly became my passion.  I've had the privilege of impacting the lives of many through my love of real estate. 

  In addition to my work as a Realtor, I use my knowledge and skill as a Commissioned Notary Public to educate & advocate for persons in the community. I have a sincere love for people and a strong desire to share knowledge with everyone I meet. I am dedicated to helping families break generational curses by building wealth & stability through Homeownership. 

 I've been blessed to share the last 21 years of my life with my Husband, Eddie, and together we share two beautiful children, James & Elexa. God is the head of my life and I realize none of what I do is possible without him!
